Hi, I’m Srijan Rishi, a passionate and purpose-driven management student currently pursuing my PGDM in Business Design at SOIL Institute of Management. I completed my BBA from JIMS, Vasant Kunj with a CGPA of 9.3, where I actively contributed to institutional growth through leadership roles and strategic execution. I’m the Founder of Books, Coffee & Dreams, a thriving online Discord community of over 6800+ students preparing for exams like JEE, NEET, CAT, UPSC, and more. Under my leadership, the platform became a powerful ecosystem for productivity, discipline, and student networking through study challenges, group discussions, and live sessions.

Professionally, I’ve worked as the Head of Data Management and Senior Executive at the Placement Cell of JIMS, where I managed recruiter data, student mapping, and backend placement operations. I also founded PrintPage.in, a profitable academic printing startup that helped students get their projects delivered affordably and efficiently. Alongside, I run multiple YouTube channels where I share content around technology, student life, and gaming, combining content creation with storytelling and community engagement.

I have served as a Club Advisor at E-Cell, Head of Major Events at CII-YI-YUVA, and actively anchored and organized large-scale seminars and youth events. My work has been recognized with several awards, including Mr. JIMS (Student of the Year), Best Team Head, Best Speaker, and multiple accolades in elocution, GDs, and inter-college competitions. I also represented my college in basketball and badminton, showcasing my team spirit and competitive edge both inside and outside the classroom.

With a strong foundation in marketing, leadership, event management, data operations, and community building, I’m always open to opportunities that challenge me, allow me to grow, and let me create meaningful impact in any space I step into.
